بخجل أو بوقاحة، ها هم المتورطون في العدوان والحرب على سورية يعترفون بهزيمتهم وبفشل مشروعهم، بعد 27 شهراً من خططهم الجهنمية وسفكهم الدم السوري، والتي استعملوا فيها كل وسائل وأساليب الإجرام التي مرّت في تاريخ البشرية؛ من تجارب الجاهلية، إلى التوحش المغولي، إلى الجرائم الاستعمارية بحق الشعوب، ودائماً وأبداً التجربة الصهيونية العنصرية ومجازرها بحق الفلسطينيين والعرب.

هم استعملوا كل وسائل التوحّش والتغوّل لكسر الدولة الوطنية السورية؛ بدأوا بالتفجيرات الإرهابية في مدينة الياسمين دمشق، وامتدوا إلى كل الأمكنة، لإرهاب الناس وتخويفهم.. ثم جرّبوا غزوهم وضربهم من الحدود التركية، فعجزوا عن حسم معركة حلب وتغيير موازين القوى، وبالتالي لم تعد تصلح لهم كخط إمداد للمعركة.

انتقلوا إلى الأردن والجولان، فكان بركان حوران ودرعا، حيث نجح الجيش العربي السوري في إقامة خط نيران ألهب المرتزقة المسلحين من كل فج عميق، ومنعهم من الوصول إلى دمشق.

ثمة شغل دائم كان على خط القصير، عبر عرسال والحدود الشمالية اللبنانية، للامتداد إلى الداخل السوري عبر صحراء تدمر وصولاً إلى الغوطتين، وكل الريف الدمشقي.. انهار كل ذلك، وتحطمت الأحلام، وبدأ الصراخ “الإسرائيلي” والأميركي، فالقصير عند الصهاينة ذات حيوية استراتيجية ضد الدولة الوطنية السورية والمقاومة الإسلامية، وخط الإمداد الحيوي إلى دمشق من خلال جوسيه – عرسال، وبالتالي فحسْم معركة القصير كسر ظهر الحرب على دمشق.

في الحرب على سورية استجلب التحالف الشيطاني المرتزقة من كل الأمكنة، حتى أن الوثائق التي أخذت تنتشر تشير إلى مرتزقة استُحضروا إلى بلاد الأمويين من 82 دولة، وأن عدد القتلى من الجنسيات المتعددة تجاوز 7 آلاف، وأن هناك 15 ألف مفقود.

كما أشارت إلى مسلحين من جنسيات غير متوقَّعة، فمثلاً من ترينيداد وتوباغو هناك 4 قتلى، و5 قتلى من فنلندا، و4 قتلى من بوركينافاسو، وقتيل من ليتوانيا، و26 قتيلاً أرجنتينياً، كما كشفت الإحصائية ارتفاع عدد مقاتلي “مجاهدي خلق” الإيرانية.

وأشارت الإحصائية إلى أن القتلى تم دفن قسم منهم في بلادهم التي جاؤوا منها، بينما دُفن الباقون في سورية، وهناك قسم دُفن بعد سرقة أعضائه عند الحدود التركية.

ولفتت الوثائق إلى أن هناك أكثر من ثلاثة أضعاف عدد القتلى مفقود منذ شهور، وربما يكون تم حرقهم أو دفنهم في مكان ما، وكمثال هناك 5023 سعودياً مفقودو الأثر في سورية.

وأفادت الإحصائية أن عدد القتلى بالأسماء هو 6113 قتيلاً، من 82 دولة، منهم: من السعودية 729، و”مجاهدي خلق” 640، ومصر 489، والشيشان 439، ولبنان 435، وأفغانستان 301، وباكستان 291، وليبيا 263، والعراق 208، وروسيا 188، وتركيا 167، والأردن 129، والصومال 117، والكويت 109، وفرنسا 94، وألمانيا 67، وبريطانيا 66، وتونس 62، وإندونيسيا 55، والجزائر 53، واليمن 52، وبلجيكا 45، وأوزبكستان 40، والولايات المتحدة 35، وكوسوفو 30، وأذربيجان 21، وقطر 19، ومالطا 13، وموريتانيا 7، وسورينام 6، وسيراليون 5.

وأوضحت الإحصائية أن أكثر الجنسيات التي قامت المعارضة المسلحة السورية بحرقها لإخفاء معالمها هم ليبيون وتونسيون، بينما تمّ دفن السعوديين بالدرجة الأولى.

ويقدَّر عدد المفقودين من الأجانب بحوالي 17000، انقطعت الاتصالات بهم منذ أكثر من 6 أشهر، وأن أكثر مناطق وجود المسلحين الأجانب في حلب وريفها، وريف إدلب، ثم ريفيْ درعا ودمشق.

ثمة ملاحظة هامة هنا، وهي أن هذه الإحصائيات لم يرد فيها قتلى معارك القصير.

بأي حال، هناك حقيقة بدأت تتضح أمام ذوي الألباب، وهي أنه كلما امتدت الحرب “العالمية” على سورية يوماً إضافياً، شبّت النار في ساحة متآمرة مجاورة أو بعيدة.. ولنلاحظ شريط التطورات:

- تركيا التي لعبت دوراً محورياً في الحرب على الدولة الوطنية السورية، تشهد مخاضاً عسيراً سينتهي، برأي الخبراء في الشؤون التركية، بعزل أردوغان.

- قطر بدأت تتجرع كأس الهزيمة، حيث المعلومات تقول باتجاه حمد بن خليفة إلى التنازل عن منصبه لولي عهده الأمير تميم، وهو ثاني أولاده، وأولهم من زوجته الثانية الشيخة موزة بنت المسند.

وفي تصريح صحفي، قال دبلوماسي غربي إنه من المتوقَّع أن تنتهي عملية الانتقال بعد عيد الفطر، مؤكداً أن الدوحة أعلمت شركاءها الفرنسيين منذ شهر شباط الماضي، بعد أزمة صحية ألمّت بالأمير، بأنه يفكّر جدياً بالتنازل عن منصبه في أقرب وقت ممكن.

من الواضح أن التغيير في الدوحة لن يقتصر على الأمير وحده، والأرجح أن يخرج رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية حمد بن جاسم آل جبر من المشهد السياسي القطري، كأحد شروط تمرير طبيعي للسلطة بين الجيليْن، ولمنع وزير الخارجية – الذي يسيطر على صندوق الاستثمارات الذي يحوي 200 مليار دولار، فضلاً عن شبكة واسعة من العلاقات الدولية والمحلية – عن منافسة الأمير الصاعد، الذي قد يثير شهية أشقائه من زوجة أبيه الأولى، وهنا قد تكون قطر مرشّحة لصراع دموي، خصوصاً أن هناك جناحاً من العائلة المالكة موالياً للجد المخلوع تعرض للسجن والقتل، يتربص الفرصة المؤاتية.

وفي الخليج العربي ثمة حديث واسع عن تحوّلات كبرى قد تشهدها أكثر من دولة، وفي طليعتها السعودية، التي قد تشهد تغييرات عميقة بفعل التطورات حولها وفي داخلها، خصوصاً لجهة التطورات البحرينية واليمنية، وبالتالي، وأمام انقلاب موازين القوى لصالح الدولة الوطنية السورية، سيتم إقصاء حلف أعداء سورية، الذي يمثله تحالف بندر بن سلطان وسعود الفيصل.

أما في الغرب، فإن اهتزازات قوية مرجَّحة للحصول، ناجمة عن هزيمة المشروع المعادي لسورية، وهو ما سينعكس من خلال مؤسسات الرأي العام التي ستكشف تهوّر قادة أوروبا، خصوصاً في فرنسا وبريطانيا، وتعاونهم الوثيق مع “القاعدة” والمتطرفين.

وفي أميركا ثمة تغييرات بدأت بتبديل وزيري الخارجية والدفاع، والآن رئيس مجلس الأمن القومي الذي استُبدل بسوزان رايس.. والحبل على الجرار.

تُرى، ماذا سيفعل هؤلاء “اللبنانيون” الذي استضافوا قبل أقل من عام الصهيوني – الأميركي جون ماكين في وادي خالد، وهؤلاء المسلحون الذي استقبلوه في اعزاز وفي أكثر من مكان من حلب؟

إنه غباء بائع الغاز العربي، ومتسولي المال والفرص من اللبنانيين والسوريين الذين اعتقدوا أن ماكين قادر على تعبئة الكونغرس الأميركي ليضغط على البيت الأبيض من أجل تدخّل عسكري أميركي تموّله دول الكاز العربية..

ليتهم يعلمون أن ماكين ليس إلا حفار قبور.

With a 10% kickback from the deals, Greenspun amassed a fortune of over $500,000 in just a few years, the documents show, enabling him to purchase his newspaper in 1950. He was eventually found guilty of violation of the Neutrality Act, but handed only a slap on the wrist–a $10,000 fine and zero jail time.…”

UNSC CONDEMNS SEIZURE OF PEACEKEEPERS IN GOLAN HEIGHTS

Russian Ambassador to the UN and Security Council President Vitaly Churkin

The United Nations Security Council has strongly condemned the seizure of the UN peacekeepers in the occupied Golan Heights by foreign-backed Syrian militants.

The 15-nation council condemned the Syrian militants in a statement issued on Wednesday, Russian Ambassador to the UN and Security Council President Vitaly Churkin told a press conference in New York.

“The members of the Security Council strongly condemned the detention of a group of more than 20 peacekeepers of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force [UNDOF] within the area of limitation east of the B-Line earlier today by armed elements of the Syrian opposition,” Churkin said.
“The members of the Security Council demanded the unconditional and immediate release of all the detained U.N. peacekeepers and called upon all parties to cooperate with UNDOF in good faith to enable it to operate freely and ensure full security of its personnel,” he added.

“My understanding is that they took over the trucks in which the UNDOF personnel was [sic] moving around,” Churkin said.

Earlier in the day, the foreign-back militants detained the UN peacekeepers in the occupied Golan Heights.

According to Eduardo del Buey, deputy spokesman for UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, the peacekeepers were stopped and detained by approximately 30 armed militants.

“The UN observers were on a regular supply mission and were stopped near observation post 58… The mission is dispatching a team to assess the situation and attempt a resolution,” he said.
The Syria crisis began in March 2011, and many people, including large numbers of army and security personnel, have been killed.

The Syrian government says that the chaos is being orchestrated from outside the country, and there are reports that a very large number of the militants are foreign nationals.

In addition, several international human rights organizations have accused the foreign-sponsored militants of committing war crimes.

In an interview broadcast on German television, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said that the government did not start the conflict and the militant groups were the ones killing Syrian citizens and destroying the country’s infrastructure.

A Reckless Apartheid Fighter

Andre Pshenichnikov (24) is a most unusual kid. So unusual that he is languishing in Egyptian jail for crossing the border without proper papers. But his story begins earlier. I first heard of him when this young programmer from a Tel Aviv suburb stayed in Deheishe refugee camp near Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank. He did not go there to explore Palestinian way of life, or to write for a newspaper; he was not looking for publicity, he did not hide nor emphasize his Israeli identity. He did not act as an activist, marching at demos and enjoying popularity. He just rented a room, worked at a building site or waited tables in a tourist restaurant just like any Palestinian youth of his age in Deheishe, lived with ordinary people on his salary.

Andre did the impossible. He crossed the biggest chasm there is. Imagine a white boy from Philly, picking cotton and living with blacks in a cabin on a Mississippi plantation in the days of Jim Crow. No Freedom Rider went that far. He broke an important taboo: so many Israelis are convinced that the Palestinians would kill them on sight, at first occasion. By his example he refuted this fantasy. He renounced apartheid personally by living with Palestinians.

It did not work out very well: “I was always under suspicion”, – he says. People were hostile to him, excepting a few brave ones. Palestinians did not understand what he was doing there and subtly hinted at it by seizing him and passing him to Israeli security like a hot potato. Israelis charged him with entering the Palestinian Territories – it is forbidden by Israeli law.

He was not cooled off by this setback. He decided to continue his personal crusade – declared that he gives up his Israeli citizenship and asked for a Palestinian one. He’s got no reply from the PNA. Though there are many Israelis who would like to, the PNA does not position itself as an alternative government for the land.

Andre Pshenichnikov (his long last name can be translated as Wheaten) was born in the USSR just before its collapse; his parents took him to Israel. He graduated from Israeli school and served in the Israeli army, but he remained a good, idealistic Russian boy. He failed as a Jew, but passed with honours as a human. It is amazing that such Turgenev-style kids still exist in our pragmatic age, and they still go out to “join the working people”. And the working people still surrender these good-wishers to the security forces, for they could not understand them.

Some young kids are positively influenced by what they witness in their military service. The occupation is so brutal, that it comes as a shock – and this shock causes them to reject the Israeli official thinking. After army service they emigrate or withdraw from public life; some go further. Andre Pshenichnikov, a Soviet-born son of a Russian Christian mother, was unable to understand his Zionist-brainwashed comrades who humiliate Palestinians at checkpoints, arrest the men and insult the women, or shoot Palestinian children for sport. That’s why he went to Deheishe.

His left-wing pro-Palestinian friends invited him to a conference in Cairo. The police took away his passport – the reckless kid hastily stepped over the Egyptian border without documents, with just a few newspaper clippings about himself. If he thought he’d get a hero welcome, he was wrong. The Egyptians arrested him and sentenced him to two years of prison, though such a crime usually is published by a fine, or a week of detention. To them he was just another dubious Israeli. Perhaps the Israeli secret services have requested of their Egyptian colleagues to keep Andre under wraps as long as possible. His sincere idealistic desire to support Palestinians to such a degree was understood neither in Deheishe nor in Sinai. It is tragic that people who cross lines make others extremely suspicious. This was the case with German anti-Nazis in the WWII: people often weren’t sure what to make of them, but they were the bedrock of post-war change.

Such kids are necessary if we want to undo the apartheid in Palestine/Israel. They should be promoted by Arab governments, not locked up. There are too few Israelis and/or Jews who live amongst native Palestinians. A few Israelis, men (Uri Davis) and women (Neta Golan), got married over the Green line. Amira Haas lived in Gaza and Ramallah, but she wrote for the Haaretz. Bigger part of my life passed in Palestinian seaside town of Jaffa, but it is a traditionally cosmopolitan city under Israeli rule, and many Israelis, artists and writers, live there. Andre did an important step.

Now Andre’s mother country, Russia, has learned of his fate and decided to help her hitherto lost son. The PNA should do more to help him out, and so can our friends and friends of Palestine in Egypt and elsewhere. Let him be free! Though his actions were reckless, his intentions were noble, and we need such people.

‘Israel is affraid to attack Hizballah’ – FSA is not

Dr. Jean-Loup Samaan is a researcher-lecturer of Israel-Hizballah conflict at the NATO Defence College in Rome and former policy adviser for the French Ministry of Defense and a visiting scholar for the RAND, an Israeli advocacy group. In an article, published in Jewish Al-Monitor on February 12, 2013, Samaan claimed that Hizballah’s stockpile of 40,000-80,000 rockets is the “deterrence” which is forcing Israel not to attack Hizballah as it did in Summer 2006, when Hizballah had less than 15,000 rockets. Samaan also claimed that Hizballah has since acquired 4,000 short-to mid-range Iranian missiles through Syria plus Syrian Scud-D ballistic missiles (purchased from Russia three decades ago).

“Both sides understands that a next round would be devastating and that, in the case of Israel, the threat of Hizballah’s missiles cannot be wholly eliminated, the solution has been to bargain detterence, meaning to deter the other party from attacking its homeland by pledging full-scale retaliation,” wrote Jean-Loup Samaan.

What Jean-Loup Samaan was affraid to say – that total devastation of the entire infrastructure and mass-killing of civilian population of the countries Israel has attacked (Gaza, Lebanon, Sudan and Syria), came from the teachings of Jewish Talmud. Samaan also lied that Hizballah used suicide bombers against Israelis. He did not back-up his claim. One cannot expect some Zionist propagandist to acknowledge that it were Israeli suicide bombers who killed former Lebanese prime minister Rafik Hariri in February 2005. Ronen Bergman, a Zionist investigative journalist and author is on record for admitting that Hizballah leader, Sayyed Moussawi, was assassinated by Israelis. Israeli Mossad also assassinated Hizballah leader Imad Moughnieh. But Mossad agents have failed to assassinate Sheikh Nasrallah.
The Jewish army attacked and occupied South Lebanon in the 19880s, even before the establishment of armed Hizballah resistance militia. The Jewish army has fought four major wars with Lebanon and have been violating Lebanese airspace on daily basis since its defeat in 2006.

However, Samaan is not the only expert who believes Israel will think twice before attacking Hizballah. On December 16, 2010, Israeli English daily Ha’aretz had quoted Israel Occupation Force (IOF) Gen. Giora Eiland, former national security adviser to former prime ministers Ariel Sharon and Ehud Olmert, saying on Army Radio: “Israel does not know how to beat Hezbollah”.

Jeffrey Feltman (a Zionist Jew), former top State Department official and currently Ban Ki-moon’s ME hitman at United Nations, told Maura Connelly, US ambassador in Beirut, that since Israel failed to destroy Hizballah in 2006, he was planning to pin Hariri murder on Hizballah officials and get it disarmed via United Nations’ R-1757.

Both Ehud Olmert and Benjamin Netanyahu have threatened Hizballah and Lebanese government that in the next war, Lebanese would not find Israelis as “civilized” as they’re during the 34-day war of 2006. During that war, Jewish army killed 1,400 Lebanese civilians including 49 Hizballah fighters while inflicting over $10 billion infrastructure damage. The Jewish army , in return, admitted losing 137 of its Jewish soldiers. Alastair Crooke and Mark Perry, claimed in an article published by Asia Times (October 12, 2006) that Israel was totally defeated by Hizballah.

Under international law, Lebanon has the right to attack Israel which is still occupying 25 square kilimeters of Lebanese territory, known as Shebaa Farms, since June 1967.
Three days ago, Hizballah leader, Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, in his peech during the annual commemoration for the Resistance’s leaders, warned the Zionist regime that despite the bloody anti-resistance war in Syria – if Israel attacked Lebanon, Hizballah rockets and missile would be hitting Israel’s military and power lifelines all the way to Tel Aviv.
“In all calmness I warn the Israeli that the resistance in Lebanon will not tolerate any violations on Lebanese territory. They have an electrical plant in northern Palestine, with just a few missiles we could plunge Israel into darkness. The Israeli themselves have admitted it would take 6 months to make this plant operational again,” warned Nasrallah. His televised speech can be read here.

Jean-Loup Samaan, who is author of the NATO document ‘The day after Iran goes nuclear’ – during a lecture at Israel’s Bar-IIan University in February 2012, had advised NATO to strengthen its ties with Iran’s neighboring countries to counter Iran’s rising influence in the region. In November 2012, Samaan also attended the Herzilya Defence Conference in Israel.

FSA THREATEN HEZBOLLAH WITH 48 HOUR DEADLINE

A Syrian rebel commander has said on Wednesday that if the Lebanese political party Hezbollah does not cease the shelling of Free Syrian Army-controlled territories in Syria, it will face retaliation. The 48-hour deadline expires on Thursday.

The message came amid several other developments. Free Syrian Army (FSA) rebels shot down a Syrian fighter jet, following a government airstrike on a provincial town outside Damascus. Rebel commander General Selim Idriss told the AFP that “Hezbollah is abusing Lebanese sovereignty to shell Syrian territory and FSA positions.” He claims the shelling of villages in Syria’s Homs province is originating from the Bekaa valley in Lebanon, which the Syrian rebels will fire upon once the 48 hours are up. He added that his FSA fighters would bombard Hezbollah from different areas, as they are equipped with long-range weapons.
Idriss went on to say that the FSA appealed to the Lebanese President and PM, but their offices denied having any contact with the Syrian militants.

Lebanon remains split over Syria. Its Sunni-led government identifies with the rebel cause, while Shiite Hezbollah pledges support to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, though the party has denied sending fighters onto Syrian soil.

This double opposition is further complicated by Israel’s presence in the region, and its respective campaign against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. Earlier on Wednesday, an Israeli drone was reportedly shot down near the Syrian border with Lebanon, according to Syrian news website Damas Post. Syrian forces reportedly shot down the Israeli unmanned aircraft over the Deir al Ashayer village near the Lebanese border. Neither Syrian nor Israeli officials have confirmed the report.

And in addition to this, Syria suspects Israel to be behind a February airstrike on a military facility outside Damascus, which killed two workers and injured five.
The now spilt-over Syrian uprising is reaching its second year, with the UN putting casualties at 70,000 and the number of displaced Syrians at more than 850,000.

The zionist hebrew newspapers Yediot Aharonot and Maariv published on February 13 2013 brief reports about a number of famous spying elements who were arrested secretly in Israel. The story has been widely published in print and online. The fact of their arrests was banned from publication for several years. The Hebrew reports were released following the latest scandal exposed by the Australian media about the israeli Mossad agent Ben Zygier, (זיגייר) an Australian jew who was conveniently “found dead” in his cell at the israeli prison of “Ayalon” in December of 2010, less than a year after the assassination of Palestinian Hamas figure Mahmoud al-Mabhouh (מחמוד אל מבחוח) in Dubai in January 2010.

Ben Zygier was a member of the assassination team of Al-Mabhouh. He contacted the authorities of the Emirate of Dubai and told them what had happened in the assassination of Al-Mabhouh and gave them the names of the whole team, images and full details of the operation, and in return he supposedly received protection.

The mossad was able to find the hiding place of Ben Zygier. They kidnapped, imprisoned and lastly killed him on charges of treason. All this happened under cover of secrecy and amid tight wraps; even his guards at did not known the true identity of Ben Zygier. He was ONLY known as “Prisoner X” in his cell in Israel.

Ben Zygier was the son of one of the leaders of the Melbourne zionist community,Geoffrey Zygier, who is also executive director of the “B’nai B’rith” (translates as “sons of the cut”), the oldest jewish zionist organization in the world and which is one of the main instigators of crimes which are perpetrated by ill-advised jews around the world under the excuse of “security and continuity of the jewish people and the state of israel”.

Ben Zygier changed his name three times: first to “Ben Alon”, then to “Ben Allen” and lastly to “Benjamin Ben Burrows”. His passports were suspected of having been used for espionage purposes in Iran, Syria and Lebanon.

Ben Zygier was an Australian citizen. He went to Israel 10 years ago and was recruited by Mossad where he worked in unit 131, a network of mossad death squads operating throughout the Arab countries. Before the Al-Mabhouh murder he had already carried out a number of criminal tasks in several Arab countries. Officially he worked as a lawyer and toured in the Gulf States.

When Ben Zygier died, the israeli Prime Minister’s Office called for a meeting of the israeli Editors Committee. It is a “Committee for Editors” which consists of the leaders of the most important media (TV, radio, newspapers) and the israeli government. The committee is responsible for the implementation of the so-called “control agreement”, censorship in plain language. The Committee had been established under David Ben-Gurion in order to allow the prime minister to reveal and discuss state secrets with editors and media representatives for the purpose of controlling and preventing their dissemination, not for publishing them.

In this case Benjamin Netanyahu’s office asked the editors to cooperate with the government and withhold the publication of information pertaining to the murder of Ben Zygier that was very embarrassing to a certain government agency.

Below follows the translation of several cases of secret imprisonment of jewish spies exposed in Hebrew editions of Yediot Aharonot, Maarivand Haaretz. Many details I was forced to research and fill in from other sources because much of the filthy details about these individuals and the history of the israeli organized crimes and terrorism around the world were omitted. Most of the details published below about these terrorists, spies and criminals are banned from publication or censored at the major israeli media until this day.

These cases document the israeli understanding of “honor among thieves”: after criminals and traitors render their services to zionism and israel, gratitude is shown them by way of murder and lengthy terms in jail.

Mordechai (Motke) Kedar (מרדכי (מוט’קה) קידר) (the name is from Khedira, a village in the north of occupied Palestine), also known as Prisoner X. Kedar was born on November 19 1929 in Vilnius (then Poland, today Latvia), an israeli intelligence asset who was convicted for the murder and robbery of a jewish mossad agent when he was in Argentina in preparation for departure to Israel.
Kedar is a war criminal who served in the Palmach marine which, he was involved in war crimes in Palestine before and during the Palestinian catastrophe (Nakba) in 1948. Prisoner X / Kedar was also involved in atrocities in other Arab countries including assassinations, terror operations and spying missions under the command of Josef Harel (יוסף הראל ויוס’קה יריב).

He was recruited by the israeli internal intelligence service “shin bet” in 1957 and later drafted into the zionist Army Intelligence Unit 131. The agents of Unit 131 operate in “enemy” countries, meaning Arab countries. The duties of Unit 131 at the time were to operate and recruit spies into a network in Egypt and to renew the ties and the networks in Egypt after the fall of the network (“bad business”) to the Egyptians and after the capture and suicide of several of their military intelligence agents in Egypt, Major Meir Bint Ben-Yosef, member of the “Haganah” terrorist group, who was killed on a terror mission on December 21 1955. This is generally known as the “Lavon affair”.
On 30 September 1951, armed robbery occurred at a small bank called “Loan Fund and Savings” of Afula. Three armed men in military uniform entered the bank in broad daylight, robbed at gunpoint the sum of 10,000 pounds. An israeli army jeep was waiting for them. The police was not able not catch the bank robbers at that time.

On December 5, 1950, Kedar murdered a taxi driver at the beach of Hadera in his room. This crime led the police to the bank robbers and to the discovery of the identity of the murderer of the taxi driver.

According to israeli official version, Kedar was arrested because of his involvement in the bank robbery in Afula in 1951 and the murder of a taxi driver “James Freund” (יוסף ליפסקר) in Hadera in 1950. Kedar also perpetrated a number of other crimes but the real reason for his arrest was the murder of his Argentinean assistant Kalman Klein (קלמן קליין) whose real first name is Moses (במשה,), another mossad agent with connections to the Argentinean government who was falsifying identification papers for jews in order to help them to emigrate to israel as well as to travel to Arab countries, especially to Egypt, to perpetrate crimes. Klein was an officer in the mossad responsible for a network of assassins operating in Arab countries.

The charges against Kedar for killing the taxi driver and looting the bank were dropped because he was a Mossad agent. Kedar was also involved in the “mess” of the failed operation in 1954 in Egypt (the Lavon affair) which included a network of jews in Egypt carrying out terrorist attacks designed to disrupt the diplomatic relations between Cairo, Washington and London.

In March 1957, Kedar traveled to Buenos Aires, Argentina to expand the zionist spy and terror network in that country. He was preparing horrific terrorism acts to be perpetrated in Egypt. Kedar identified himself as a businessman. The jewish community in Argentina helped him in his dirty mission: they gave him a large sums of money supposedly to be used to pay off a senior Arab General who would implement his terror plans in Egypt

In November 1957, the body of Kedar’s assistant Klein was found. Kalman Klein had left home to meet Kedar carrying 15,000 dollars to be given to Kedar at a secret place under the pretense that Kedar would meet with the supposed Arab General from Egypt and pay him this amount of money, but instead Klein was killed and the money disappeared, together with Kedar. The suspicions for the murder immediately were directed towards Kedar, who had fled to israel without the money but with a story alleging that he had fled Argentina in light of suspicions that the police there was about to arrest him on false charges.

He was arrested on 28 November 1957 immediately after landing in Lod (לוֹד) airport. Kedar’s trial began two years after his arrest. Only in 1959 did the israeli media report about an israeli “messenger”, a spy who was arrested in secret. Censorship was imposed on the publication of the circumstances of Kedar arrest.

Kedar was sentenced by a secret military court to be imprisoned at a secret facility which was described by the Yediot Aharonot Hebrew edition as a reinforced, hidden stone building located between the Ramle and Rechovot in orchards. The trial ended in 1962 and Kedar was sentenced 20 years in prison. At the age of 32 he was jailed for seven months in a cell and then spent seven years in a solitary confinement annex, a special section built in the Ramle prison and named “Department of X’s”. Kedar was called “Prisoner X” at the secret jail. No one of Kedar’s family knew anything about his arrest.

In June 1958, it happened by chance that a friend of Kedar visited the jail to visit another prisoner and Kedar asked him to tell attorney Dr. Rudy that he was in prison. The secret trial of Mordechai Kedar began in February 1959 and ended in June 1962. Shmuel Tamir, who later became Minister of Justice, defended Kedar.

The military court convicted him of robbery and murder and sentenced him to 20 years in prison. After the conviction by the military court, the Attorney General Gideon Hausner decided to close the proceedings against him because of the bank robbery in Hadera and the murder of the taxi driver Afula.

In April 1974 and after 17 years in prison, Kedar was released. He was freed and he immediately left Israel and went to Los Angeles in the United States, where he became a boss in a worldwide drug trade network that has been linked to the name of his son Erez Ben Horin (ארז בן חורין).

In the 1990s Kedar returned to Israel to begin new procedures in his court case. The authorities delayed the court procedures. “Only” in 2001 a judge was appointed to discuss his request. In February 2002, the first hearing was held before the military court of appeals. The court rejected Kedar’s request, but he did not give up and appealed to the High Court. In 2004, the court rejected his petition again.

On September 14 2009, Kedar’s son, Erez Ben Horin (ארז בן חורין) died of a heart attack at the age of 56, but Kedar, the father, was not allowed to take part in his funeral.Ben Horin had been one element of the sophisticated criminal network. In 1986 was arrested by Scotland Yard on suspicion of conspiracy of cocaine distribution and illegal commercial purposes. On Jan. 7 1987, he was arrested by Dutch Police as a member of an international gang of drugs and arms traders in Yugoslavia and Venezuela. This arrest happened after a big explosion in the apartment where he lived together with his partner in crime, a criminal jew called Dinor Dan. After they spent six years in jail, the Dutch foreign minister allowed then returns to Israel.

According to Haaretz, the Ben-Horin gang involved Israel in trafficking drugs to the Netherlands, Austria, the United Kingdom and South America. The intelligence cooperation between police forces around the world raised suspicions that other gang members were Mordechai Kedar (Ben-Horin’s father) and Mann Ronnie, who was arrested in Israel in 1995 and sentenced to six years in prison. The drug smuggling operation using private yachts made them all wealthy. The Ben-Horin gang was also involved in relaying weapons to the Catholic  underground resistance in Northern Ireland. Drug money helped to finance the acquisition of weapons for their struggle against the British occupation.
Ben-Horin’s dirty activities around the world helped him in recent years to obtain a franchise of the Italian coffee brand Tazza D’Oro (gold cup). Criminal Catholic “friends” who he met while sailing his yacht described him as a person connected with the Vatican Bank and complicated money laundering operations in the USA.

Shabtai Kalmanovich (Kalmanovitsch) (שבתאי קלמנוביץ’) was the second spy jailed at secret israeli facilities, he had worked in Israel as a spy for the Soviet Union. Kalmanovich was born in Lithuania on 18 December 1947, he died on 2 November 2009. According to sources, his parents were partial to zionist values, members of “Betar” and had fought for 12 years to get a Soviet exit visa to go to israel, the state of occupation. In 1971 the Kalmanovich family finally emigrated to israel and resides in an “absorption center”. According to foreign reports, in exchange for the emigration permit of family to Israel, the son Kalmanovich (Shabtai), at that time 24 years old, was recruited by the Soviet Union’s “KGB” and remained a dormant agent for many years, until the Soviets allowed him to follow his family.

After the KGB element Kalmanovich went to Israel he became active in the zionist Labor Party. He served as parliamentary assistant to Samuel Flatto-Sharon, who praised his work bringing down dissidents. According Yediot Aharonot, Kalmanovitz participated in missions and meetings designed to “liberate” Jews from various countries. He was known for his contacts to many politicians, including Golda Meir, Yigal Alon and Pinhas Sapir. Kalmanovich was a “businessman”: he built a net of spies under the cover of his business activities. In the mid-80s, his business empire began to collapse.

According to the accusation filed against Kalmanovich and published in 1993, he passed information to the Soviet/Russian intelligence for 17 years. He was sentenced to nine years in prison but was released after five and a half years due to complaints about his weak state of health, and because of the fact that he had used his spying connections to help look for Lieutenant Colonel “Ron Arad”, the israeli air force weapons systems officer (WSO) who went missing during a war crimes mission over Lebanon in October 1986. After Kalmanovich was released, he returned to Russia, lived in Moscow and become a wealthy “businessman” and the owner of the famous Russian Women’s Basketball Club Spartak.

What the zionist Yediot Aharonot newspaper did not reveal in its story about Kalmanovich was that the “state” of israel paid “unknown mafia elements” who opened fire from automatic weapons on November 2, 2009 on the car of Kalmanovich in the center of Moscow. Kalmanovich reportedly was shot 35 times in the head. He died immediately, his driver was gravely injured.

Eitan Haber, a rightist columnist with Yediot Aharonot who has connections to different sources at the israeli military and civil authorities, wrote about Kalmanovich in his book “Spies”, in which he recounted espionage events against israel which have been declassified. He said that Kalmanovich was not an important spy to the Russians. He noted that the nature of the information provided by Kalmanovitz to the Soviets was supposedly “mainly gossip”.

Dr. Avraham Marcus Klingberg was an Israeli scientist and spy. He was born in Poland in October 7, 1918 to a family of radical orthodox jews in Warsaw. His grandfather was the zionist rabbi Moshe Chaim Kleinberg. In 1935 he began studying medicine at the University of Warsaw, where he became acquainted with Marxist ideology.
On September 22, 1941, during the II World War he escaped to the Soviet Union and volunteered at the Red Army where he served as a physician specializing in epidemiology.

From 1957 to 1975, Klingberg served as the deputy head of the secretive Biological Institute in Ness Ziona near Tel Aviv. He passed information to the Soviet Union about israel’s chemical and biological warfare programs.

Klingberg served with the army “IDF”, the israeli war crimes force, reaching the rank of lieutenant colonel in 1950. He worked in a senior position at the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv. In 1957 he was appointed deputy director of science and director of the Department of Epidemiology at the Institute for Biological Research in Ness Ziona.

According the Hebrew media, a double agent led to Klinberg’s downfall. Only four years ago it became allowed to release some information about the Klingberg case following a request from “Yediot Ahronot” newspaper. The released information stated that the agent known by the code name “Samaritan” came to Israel as a Russian spy but that the israeli internal intelligence “Shin Bet” turned him a double agent. Every detail about the identity of this double agent has been banned from publication.

In 1977, after the first contacts between Klingberg and his Russian employers, he communicated with “Samaritan”, the double agent. The communication was about putting a “poster” bearing encrypted names in his mailbox at home in Tel Aviv. The communication was documented by the “Shin Bet”, what led to the arrest of Klingberg.

According the newspaper, after several days of interrogation at a hidden apartment (a “secret place”) Klingberg broke down and admitted that he had been spying for the Soviets for 20 years and that he had provided the Soviets with information on the biological and chemical activity of Israel.
Klingberg was sentenced to 20 years in prison. For the first ten years it was not allowed to publish anything about the Klingberg arrest. He was released under restrictive conditions to house arrest after spending 16 years in jail.

In 2003 his jail term ended and he moved to live in France. According to Wikipedia, Ian Brossat, a grandson of Klingberg via his daughter Silvia, is a councilor for the communist party in Paris.

Saudi fined for killing 5-year-old daughter causes outrage

A Saudi preacher convicted of having brutally tortured and killed his young daughter will be released from prison in exchange for financially compensating the five-year-old’s family, sparking outrage from activists who demand a heavier sentence.

Fayhan al-Ghamdi was arrested in November for the death of his daughter Lama. The girl’s parents were divorced, and her mother had been trying to obtain full custody of her daughter, alleging that al-Ghamdi had physically abused her during their marriage.

Lama died in the intensive care unit of a Riyadh hospital on October 22 as a result of internal bleeding and a skull fracture. Several news outlets allege that Lama was raped – either by her father or another man – but a prosecution report obtained by al-Watan said the autopsy did not reveal any signs of sexual assault.

Al-Ghamdy is a religious scholar with a well-established media presence and well-known for preaching about kindness and mercy.

In a court session on January 26, a judge ruled that al-Ghamdy’s four months in prison were sufficient punishment if he could pay $50,000 as compensation for the death of the child, an amount presumably to be received by Lama’s mother.

While murder and rape are typically punished by death in Saudi Arabia, a judge’s interpretation of sharia can lower the sentence when the case involves a man killing his daughter or wife. However, al-Ghamdy’s punishment is seen as unusually light.

Al-Ghamdy’s ex-wife has reportedly appealed the decision.

Prominent Saudi activists, including Manal al-Sharif, have raised objections to the ruling according to AFP.

Activist group Women to Drive denounced the case in a press release, saying that “the court’s leniency towards male abusers and murderers reflects the larger problem of the male guardianship system in Saudi Arabia.”

Reactions on social media have widely condemned al-Ghamdy’s actions and the judge’s decision.

The United States has condemned Israel’s settlement policy as unhelpful and an obstacle to achieving a two-state solution to the Palestinian issue, but it also opposed the creation of the fact-finding mission, saying at the time that it was an example of the council’s bias against Israel, that it did not “advance the cause of peace” and that it would “distract the parties from efforts to resolve the issues that divide them.”…..
These actions fall under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, the panel said, and if a future Palestinian state ratified the Rome Statute, which created the court, Israel could be called to account for “gross violations of human rights law and serious violations of international humanitarian law.”…..
